Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and let us know if you think someone else has used your account.

Acceptable use

• Don't add unlawful, offensive or harmful content.
• Only add personal information you're allowed to share with your team.

Admins' responsibilities

Business admins are responsible for who they invite, for having their staff's consent to add their details, and for any orders they email to suppliers from ShopTask.

Your data

The jobs, photos and supplier details you add belong to your business.

Pricing

ShopTask is currently free. We'll give at least 90 days' notice before introducing any charges.

Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can close your business's account at any time by emailing hello@shoptask.cloud. Before deletion, ask us and we'll help you export your data; it's then deleted within 90 days.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to resupplying the service.

Changes

We may update ShopTask and these terms. We'll give notice of significant changes before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
